Hot chamber die casting is used for large-scale processing of complex shaped components in Zamak/Zinc or Lead/Pb.

Through this method, molten metal is automatically supplied to the die-casting machine through a "gooseneck" immersed in a furnace filled with molten metal. At the beginning of the cycle, the piston retracts, filling the gooseneck with molten metal. The piston is activated, and the metal passes through the gooseneck and enters the mold.
