1.  Die Casting Parts: KYLT has 12T - 88T hot chamber die casting machines and 200T - 800T cold chamber die casting machines to produce aluminum, zamak/zinc alloy parts from mold making, injection, polishing, machining, and painting (ano) packing.
2. PLC Cold Chamber Die Casting Machines for Aluminum (Al.) Zinc/Zamak (Zn.) Lead (Pb.) Magnesium (Mg.) Metal Alloy which is nonferrous material is melted in a separate furnace, then use ladle pour into the injection chamber, high-pressure and high-speed injection system injects the molten material into a mold cavity to get the required die-casting parts. High-Speed High-Pressure PLC Aluminum, Copper/brass, Magnesium, Zinc(zamak), Lead(Pb.) 3. Full Automatic PLC Hot Chamber Die Casting Machines for Zinc/Zamak (Zn.) Lead (Pb.) Tin (Sn.) low-temperature melting alloys in which a furnace is locked together with an injection machine, plunger injects molten metal from the pot through a gooseneck and nozzle shot to mold cavity directly. Vertical Die casting Machines are used some special zamak / lead parts which need to be inserted to be cast together with zamak or lead material and they can not be held by mold in a horizontal machine, such as car bike brake cables which body or terminals have zamak block. Vertical Die Casting Inject Machine Tonnage list: 8T, 12T, 20T
