This aluminum alloy frame is used for electronic devices. The aluminum alloy die-casting mold is made of H13 material and can inject 8 products at once. It is produced using a 280T cold chamber die-casting machine.
After die-casting, the blank is separated from the flow channel of the aluminum alloy frame product through a dedicated cutting die using a hydraulic press, while also removing burrs and burrs.
Subsequently, the aluminum alloy frame was smoothed by vibration grinding to achieve a smooth surface, awaiting final spray coating treatment.
