Aluminum alloy gearbox die-cast manufacturing
Die casting die: one mold, two pieces
Usage: The core function of the electric push rod aluminum alloy gearbox is to reduce speed, increase torque, transmit power, and support the transmission structure. It is a key component that converts high-speed motor rotation into the high torque linear motion required by the push rod.

In the electric push rod system, the gearbox works in conjunction with the motor and screw to mainly achieve the following functions:
Reduce speed and increase torque
The motor has a high output speed but low torque. By using the reduction mechanism of the gearbox (such as a planetary gear set), the output speed can be significantly reduced and the output torque can be increased. For example, a reduction ratio of 1:10 can amplify torque by 10 times, meeting the push rod's demand for high thrust.
Power transmission and direction adjustment
The gearbox can smoothly transmit the rotational power of the motor to the screw and change the transmission direction when needed, ensuring efficient delivery of power to the execution end.
Structural support and protection
Aluminum alloy gearbox, as an important structural component of the push rod front section, not only carries internal gears and bearings, but also plays a sealing and protective role. Combined with an IP65 sealing design, it can be dustproof and waterproof, protecting internal precision transmission components.
Balancing lightweight and high rigidity
Using aluminum alloy materials such as A380 or aviation-grade alloys, it significantly reduces overall weight while ensuring sufficient strength, making it particularly suitable for weight-sensitive automation equipment, medical beds, or smart home scenarios.
