KYLT focuses on the production of Aluminum and zinc (Zamak 3, Zamak 5, Zamak 10, etc.) alloy die castings and their molds. Now, KYLT's main products are aluminum die-cast alloy furniture spare parts, such as table/chair/sofa arms, legs, brackets, and other metal spare parts.

1. OEM and ODM service of Furniture parts are allowed:

Our engineer will design molds as per the client's drawings. If you only have samples of furniture spare parts. OK, We will survey the physical samples and generate 3D product drawings. And based on this, mold design is carried out to generate die-casting or injection mold drawings.

2. Rapid prototyping and 3D printing for furniture parts:

If needed, we can provide customers with rapid prototyping and 3D printing services. For example, customers need to quickly produce a small amount of finished products based on drawings and samples for appearance testing, assembly testing, structural testing, or attending exhibitions. We will provide CNC rapid prototyping services for plastic 3D printing, metal 3D printing, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, iron, magnesium, plastic and other material parts based on customer needs and actual capabilities, to help customers save costs and obtain the products they need in the shortest possible time.

3. Mold-making service for furniture metal parts and sampling:

H13 mold steel is used to make the aluminum and zinc alloy die casting molds. We have 88T, 200T,300T, 500T,800T, 1300T hot and cold chamber die casting machines, which can be used to test various scales of die-cast molds, such as small zamak alloy furniture labels, connectors, jewelry, lockers etc.  For chair arms, we can use 300T aluminum die casting machines. For a big chair base, legs, or four or five-star chair bases, we can use an 800-1300T aluminum die casting machine to produce them. Of course, after die casting, we will provide 5-10pcs metal parts samples for free for clients' inspection.

4. Trial order and Mass production of Furniture metal spare parts:

When our clients confirmed the samples, a trial order with an order quantity of about 500-800pcs can be run. In this process, the end user can check the function and quality of the spare parts. Any improvement or modification of the spare parts can be done in this process. 

Then, the whole project can be pushed to mass production. 

Machining work, such as drilling and tapping. Precision NC turning and CNC milling are also used in the furniture parts production process.

5. QC:

Quality control runs through the entire furniture parts production process.

6. Surface treatment of furniture parts:

Various kinds of finishes can be done for furniture parts: polishing, painting, powder coating, shot blasting etc.

7. Packing and shipment:

Safe sea and air-worthy packing method will be used to pack the metal furniture parts. Plastic bags, cartons, and green pallets are the most widely used materials.
