Aluminum die casting parts of chair, worked as bracket to support the chair back and connect with the chair leg.
Casted by 200t cold chamber die casting machine, one mold with two pieces, one right and one left. After die casting, we will do surface finishes: trimming, polishing, and shot blasting.
Standard machining process: drilling, tapping.
After quality inspection and measurement, the aluminum parts will be packed in a plastic bag into the carton and on the pallet.
