The first step is to design a mold for molding. The design of the mold takes into account the shape, size, and other specific requirements of the final product.
Select suitable plastic raw materials and heat them to a molten state for injection into the mold.
Molten plastic is injected into a pre-designed mold cavity. Usually, there are two half molds, one moving and one fixed. Fill the mold cavity with plastic and then cool it down.
Plastic is cooled in a mold and gradually solidified into the desired shape. The cooling time depends on the type of plastic and product size.
Once the plastic is fully cured, the mold is opened and demoulded from the mold.
