The core principle of the injection mold for medical tweezers is to inject molten plastic into the precision mold cavity through high temperature and high pressure, and after cooling, form a plastic structure that is completely consistent with the cavity, achieving precise fixation of the tweezers and realizing the design structure.
This process relies on the coordinated control of injection molding machines, molds, and process parameters.

 

The specific plastic injection process is as follows:


1. Locking of mold:

 

The moving and fixed molds are closed under the drive of the hydraulic system, and sufficient locking force is applied to prevent the mold from expanding during injection.


2. Plasticization injection:

 

Plastic particles such as ABS or PP are fed into the material barrel through a hopper, melted and plasticized under heating and screw shearing, and then injected into a closed mold cavity at high pressure and speed.


3. Pressure compensation and shrinkage:

 

After the mold cavity is filled, continuous pressure is applied to supplement the volume of cooling shrinkage of the material, avoiding defects such as shrinkage marks and voids.


4. Cooling and shaping:

 

Circulating cooling water inside the mold takes away heat to solidify the melt, ensuring the dimensional stability and structural density of the packaging.


5. Mold opening and ejection:

 

The mold is opened, and the ejection mechanism pushes out the finished product, completing an automated production cycle.


This process can form complex structures in one go, with high precision and fast efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale medical packaging production.
