After the die casting process, the aluminum alloy chair arms' rough cast parts need to be cut runners, use files or sanding paper to trim the rough casting parts to clean flash and burr. Then the trimmed chair arms can be sent to machining (drilling, tapping, etc.). The machining process requires fixtures or jigs to hold these chair arms, but burr and flash can affect machining precision. And in the machining process, the chair arms will have scratch marks. After machining, we will polish the chair arms again to achieve a smooth, bright surface.
