To ensure product quality, the following critical parameters must be strictly controlled during production:

• ‌Melting temperature‌: Maintain between 415°C and 430°C, with tolerance within ±5°C, to prevent elemental burn-off or impurity ingress;
• ‌Mold tolerance‌: Dimensional accuracy must be held within ±0.01 mm, with cavity surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm to guarantee surface finish and dimensional consistency;
• ‌Material verification‌: Require third-party CMA/CNAS-certified test reports confirming alloy composition complies with ‌GB/T 13818-2022‌, and meets ‌RoHS/REACH‌ environmental compliance standards.
